Do not operate by single hand. Do not force open the shock cap. Please
– Engage the tool to the shock cap;
– Hold the tool at the joint by one hand;
– And turn the tool counter-clockwise by another hand.
In case the cap is too tight (esp. in cold weather), suggest to use air heater to flow the cap and then try again.
